Parking Information

Visitors (visiting professors, collaborating researchers, etc.) visiting the campus for specific purposes

• Reception Period: (New) Anytime, (Renewal) Anytime
• Reception Location: Please consult with the support office of the department or graduate school you are visiting, or with the Accounting Group in the Finance Department.

Those temporarily entering the campus for official duties

• No application procedure is required for entry.
• However, please inform the staff at Gate 1 (open all day) or Gate 3 (open 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM) of your purpose and obtain a temporary entry permit.

Gate Operation

Gates are installed at eight entrances to the campus, and access to all parking lots in the academic area is restricted.

• All gates are regulated throughout the day. (Except Gate 4, which is open from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM).
• If you do not have a pass card, please use Gate 1 (open all day) or Gate 3 (open from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

There are no restrictions during the day (6:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Restrictions apply only during nighttime (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next morning).
The break periods are as follows:

• Spring Break
• Summer Break
• Winter Break
• End-of-Term Break

(Restrictions will apply if there are make-up class days during the break period.)
